Sometimes it’s really hard to find the exact item you’re looking for (especially in Europe) — trust us… we know. If you’re looking for something specific, we’ll try our best to source it and get it in stock on the site in the coming weeks/months. Obviously, this isn’t always possible but if you fill in the request form and we bring in what you’re searching for, you’ll be the first to know it’s availability!

• Due to a number of abandoned requests, from 23/05/24, we are instating a policy of pre-payment for requests if you have over 5 active requests or if your request costs more than 25GBP. Please feel free to contact us for any enquiries about this policy.
• Due to an unprecedented number of photocard requests - we are please asking you to provide the name of the issuing company and round (eg. soundwave round one/music korea pre-order benefit/withmuu fansign) or simply send us an image of the photocard(s) via socials or email! We want to see everyone build their collection, so this helps us make sure we're sourcing the right item for you and helps us to process requests more quickly.
