What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Discover, Klarna, Shop, Unionpay and PayPal.
Will I have to pay customs/international fees?
All items on our site are priced VAT inclusive, however it is important to remember that customs fees/international fees associated with global shipping are specific to your own country’s regulations and so are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs regulations regarding items shipped from Northern Ireland. If you are in the UK or Republic of Ireland, you will not incur any customs charges.
What shipping method do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked shipping for all orders. The cost of this varies depending on weight/size and location.
When will my item(s) be dispatched?
Items will be dispatched within the number of working days listed on our homepage. This is generally 3-5 working days, but can increase during busy periods or reduce during slower periods. In any event where this is not possible due to high demand or extraordinary circumstances, we will inform you of delays via e-mail. Pre-order items will be dispatched once they arrive to us from South Korea. This may be between 3-5 weeks after release date of items due to international delivery, and you will be kept informed via e-mail of dispatch updates.
Do you ship outside of the UK & Ireland?
Yes! We ship anywhere around the world that Royal Mail services allow us to ship to. You can check on their website to see if shipping is available to your country or enter your address at checkout to see if shipping to your area is possible.
My order contains multiple items, will they all be shipped together?
When you place a single order with multiple items that are all currently available, they will be shipped together.
If you accidentally ordered multiple items as separate orders, but would like to consolidate them so they are shipped together, please e-mail us at bbangyabelfast@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and shipping details, and we can try to ship them together if they haven’t already been shipped.
My order contains pre-order items. When will it arrive?
Pre-order items will be dispatched once they arrive to us from South Korea. This may be between 3-5 weeks after release date of items due to international delivery, and you will be kept informed via e-mail of dispatch updates.
If your order contains both available items and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped out once the latest pre-order item arrives to us so that the entire order can be fulfilled together. If you wish to amend this so that we ship your available items out immediately and your pre-order items come separately as they arrive to us, please send us an e-mail with your order number and details and we can try our best to make that happen. This will incur a separate shipping fee.
My item has been damaged or lost during shipping. What do I do?
All items we sell are factory sealed and shipped with protective packaging, however it is important to note that the outer packaging of items is designed to protect the item inside and can become slightly damaged during the shipping process. As we take all precautions to prevent any potential damage during shipping, we are not responsible and cannot accept returns for items with minor damage, scuffs, marks etc.
If you have not received your item within a reasonable timeframe (or within that which has been advised during the order process), and your order was received within the last 60 days, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will try to resolve the issue. Although the shipping of the item is out of our control once the carrier receives the item, all items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked post so we will follow up with Royal Mail to try and find out all relevant information and hopefully resolve the issue.
My item is missing an inclusion. Can I get a refund or return the item?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to compensate for missing inclusions. All items we sell are factory-sealed and imported directly to us. We cannot open sealed items to check that all inclusions are present, and in the very rare case that they have not been added, it is an unfortunate manufacturing issue and we cannot be held responsible.
