Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bbangyabelfast@gmail.com. Please note that returns without fault will need to be returned at your own expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled, provided they have not already been dispatched but may incur a small processing fee. If you would like to cancel an order after it has processed, please contact us at bbangyabelfast@gmail.com as soon as possible to let us know. If your order has already been dispatched, we can accept returns however the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.

 

Can I cancel a pre-order?
You can cancel a pre-order up to 3 days before the pre-order period closes for an item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations on pre-order items after this point. After this period we may be able to issue partial refunds, minus some fees for the shipping process that had already begun. Please contact us as at bbangyabelfast@gmail.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel a pre-order item

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We encourage every customer to film a full unboxing video in case of missing or damaged items as without it we may be unable to issue a refund. This does not pertain to minor damage to outer boxes of items during shipping, or missing inclusions as these are manufacturing issues beyond our control. Please provide any details or evidence of damage/fault along with your order number and contact information in an e-mail to bbangyabelfast@gmail.com.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would rather we process a direct exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to facilitate if we can.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item will have to be returned at your expense.


My item didn't arrive, can I have a refund?

Although we never want to hear that your order hasn't arrived, sometimes there can be postal issues which means items are delayed or lost in transit. In this case, the most important thing to do is to inform us in a timely manner. All missing packages must be reported within 28 days of dispatch to be entitled to a refund. This is because the shipping company requires notification within this period. If you suspect your parcel has been lost, please contact us at boo@bbangya.co.uk

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
