Important Pre-order Information: As this is a limited item, early purchasing is advised. Due to the European Lucky Draw event being dependent on the artist's promotional schedule after the release of the album, please be aware that it takes some time for the items to arrive to us. Estimated shipping of these items is between 6-8 weeks from release date but this can change due to manufacturing and shipping delays or delays due to the artist's schedule. Please be advised that orders will only be shipped once all items are available. If you would rather items are shipped separately as they become available, please place separate orders.

*All album versions and lucky draw photocards will be distributed on a strictly random basis, however you will not receive duplicates until all versions have been given in each order.

**Please note that as this is a signed album, the album may have been unsealed by the artist to sign the item. Signed items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned as we cannot guarantee authenticity once they have left our store. Thank you for your understanding.

Lucky Draw Member Photocard: 1 of 5 random exclusive lucky draw photocards will be given with each album (Photobook Ver. / MEOVV Ver. / Kitty Plush Ver.). You will not receive duplicate lucky draw member photocards if you order only 5 albums. Any combination of albums can be used to receive the lucky draw member photocards.
Lucky Draw Unit Photocard: 1 of 2 random exclusive lucky draw unit photocards will be given with every purchase consisting of 5 albums (Photobook Ver. / MEOVV Ver. / Kitty Plush Ver.). You will not receive duplicate lucky draw unit photocards if you order only 10 albums. Any combination of albums can be used to receive the lucky draw unit photocards.
Signed albums: 1 out of every 3 albums is signed by a random member (Photobook Ver. / MEOVV Ver. only). You will not receive duplicate signatures if you order multiple sets of 3 albums. For example, if you purchase 15 albums, you will receive all member signatures; if you purchase 9 albums, you will receive 3 different members' signatures. If only one album is ordered, you will have a 33.3% chance of receiving a signed album, however this is not guaranteed. Any Photobook Ver. and MEOVV Ver. combinations are eligible for the signed event. Kitty Plush Ver. is not eligible. Kitty Plush Ver. can be included in orders, but will not count towards to total number of albums used to obtain a signed album.
